Our holiday return policy makes it easy to shop now and return later. Our holiday policy applies to all purchases from October 25, 2020 through December 25, 2020. Place your order during these dates and be able to return for exchange or refund until January 31, 2021. All items must be new and in original packaging with original hang tags. And, as always, exchanges are always no charge.
Orders received by 11:00am Eastern Standard Time will be processed on that business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped from New Jersey facilities.
Shipping rates will be calculated in real-time with available carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We offer free Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
You will be contacted by eMail with a tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.
SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer signature is required for deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500. Additionally, all Express Mail / Overnight deliveries require a signature.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 2 business days.
We currently ship to the US and Canada. You may view the available "Ship To" addresses in the Shipping Address step of checkout. For other requests outside the US and Canada, please submit an eMail request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise if we can ship to your location. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING IS NOT VALID ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT.
WE CANNOT EXCEPT RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM OTHER LOCATIONS AND/OR RETAILERS.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in salable condition with tickets attached.
PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS EXCHANGES AND CREDITS/REFUNDS.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise.
Dunning reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

Exchanging Your Item
If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired items. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
